so yeah, just writing to say i've finished my first DIY super 8 film, i sent an application to get it put on deviantart but i haven't had any reply yet... it was really fun to do though, bits of animation and time lapse and all hand processed in my bathroom in a lomo tank. and it premiered at the arts cinema in cambridge (along with work by my friends)! i had a lot of great feedback and there was a little awards ceremony afterwards for the group. i won best film! which is crazy because it's got no narrative and is pretty abstract. so that was pretty cool!

i'm about to start university, well, after a summer of making some films.
that will be sort of strange. i will enjoy living alone, because i love to be alone, but living in london won't be at all like living here. there will be advantages and disadvantages. i will look forward to sharing ideas with people and making interesting things.
fingers crossed people like me, and that i survive being vegetarian and lazy and having to make my own food three times a day every day.
